Intentionally Small Cohorts — This program is deliberately capped. Every member gets seen, heard, and held accountable. If you have ever been lost in a large group program, this is the opposite of that.

 

Full Course Access — Both the Agent and Investor course libraries are included. Use them to build foundational knowledge between sessions so coaching time goes deeper.

Built by people still in the work. John has spent over 20 years in real estate across brokerage, title, investing, and land development. Alex left a tenured academic career to build a real estate portfolio from scratch across multiple asset classes. Neither of us stopped doing deals to start teaching. We do both.
