Alex Brandimore left a tenured academic career to build a real estate portfolio from the ground up. Short-term rentals, long-term holds, Section 8 housing, flips, and affordable manufactured homes. She brought the analytical rigor of a researcher and the conviction of someone who put everything on the line to build something of her own. Alex's ability to deconstruct complex decisions into clear, executable frameworks is one of the most valuable things Founder's Circle members consistently identify at the end of their engagement.
